Drawing from the areas of Mindfulness, Stress Reduction, Brain Science, & Positive Psychology, this 5-week series will explore specific tools & practices we can use to enhance our level of well-being and flourish in life.
Topics will be determined by the interest of the group and may include: Reducing Stress in a Busy World; Increasing Awareness, Presence, & Intention in Our Lives; Rebounding from Adversity, Mindful Communication & Strengthening Relationships.
